The CC1830SC features a primary cooking area of 26.77" x 16.54", a warming rack area of 24.61" x 7.48", and an offset smoker cooking area of 12.99" x 14.17". The porcelain-enameled cooking grates help lock in juices and make meat more tender, while the double grates make it easy to add charcoal during grilling.
The swing-away warming rack keeps food warm and maintains good flavor, and it can also help defrost meat quickly. The 2-in-1 control system allows you to slide the air vent to control airflow and stoke the fire, while the offset smoker provides consistent grilling with the aid of a side charcoal access door.
The adjustable charcoal pan can be raised or lowered to two different levels, allowing you to control the distance between the charcoal and the food for better grilling. The large-size steel side table provides ample space for seasonings, and the three integrated "S" hooks make it easy to hang grill tools.
